From the very beginning she was incredible to work with — her communication was amazing and she is such a warm, friendly and bubbly person, which instantly put us at ease. Hayley captured our story and who we are perfectly. The ceremony felt so personal and so “us,” and we received endless compliments from our guests afterwards. So many people told us it was their favourite ceremony they’ve ever seen, and they all raved about how much they loved Hayley. She guided us through writing our vows while still letting us be 100% ourselves, which we absolutely loved. Nothing felt scripted or forced — it was genuine, heartfelt and fun. As an added bonus, Hayley is also a hairdresser and did my hair on the day. I absolutely loved it and she made me feel so pretty. "Wow what a day! Hayley was there before, during and after. Hayley was amazing, very professional, yet part of the excitement. Hayley got to know us and dealt with all the legalities and service vows prior. She even did myself and wedding parties hair styling on the day, just right. Hayley then performed the ceremony which was wonderful and had all guests happy and relaxed, all guests commented how great it was. Our marriage certificate was delivered to us 3 business days later. During our calls with her, we could really see how invested she was in listening to and reading our responses and getting to know us. This level of connection and detail comes across in her script, which is tailored to you and injected with personal stories. She is also very lovely to work with (so responsive), calm and reassuring and had a lot of great advice regarding what to do on the day (even in terms of writing vows). The paperwork was also organised so quickly and we received our marriage certificate in 5 business days! Hairstyling was amazing - having naturally very frizzy and curly hair I was so nervous about my hairstyling on the day, but Hayley eased all of those anxieties and made sure my hair looked fabulous throughout the whole day! "Hayley was an absolute dream to have for our wedding day. We had her for our celebrant and hair stylist. Having Hayley do both services was so convenient and easy. From the moment my husband and I had our first casual meeting we knew we had to have her for our special day. Hayley was very professional, great with her schedule timing and had the best energy. She was so much fun to be around, always making sure myself (the bride) was happy and okay. Hayley took the extra time to really get to know us and create the most beautiful ceremony script. We found it to be personal yet funny. She has no problem making the guest feel at home and comfortable. As for Hayley being our Hairstylist, we had 5 bridesmaids and myself in the bridal party. All of our hair was just gorgeous. My hair turned out even better than my trial. Hayley even took the time to go over to my husband and check his hair was all in order. She was calm and flexible, even when we changed our plans and did our vows privately (less than 24 hours notice). The icing on the cake was how quickly she handled the wedding paperwork. ... From a legal side of things, she did all the paperwork, we didn’t have to give it a thought. Prior to the wedding she did surveys on getting to know us, gave us ideas on how to run the day, so it really saved us the effort of planning a lot of it, brought a lot of positive energy and approached everything with a great attitude. She also doubled up as hair stylist for the bridal party and did a great job there for the bride and bridesmaids, setting styles that stayed for the day and looked fabulous! If there was something we didn't like, she would make sure to make the changes until we were completely satisfied! She was so helpful and stayed right until we all left for the ceremony, touching up everyone’s hair. She even made an instagram reel which i have been watching on repeat since my wedding day!!!"
